  • Built and imaged Windows NT4 and Windows 2003 servers for retail banks, maintain  warm spare servers, and perform comprehensive data destruction for out of service servers
  • Implemented an area-wide server/desktop refresh and Windows NT4 to Windows XP/Server 2003 transition with a group of teams at over 160 La Salle bank locations, directly overseeing installation and configuration of approximately 600 PCs and 22 servers in 22 sites, and assisting the other teams as necessary
